Pan Seared Herb Salmon w/ Lemon Chive Butter Sauce
-Basil, Parsley, Rosemary, Chives
-1/2 lb. Butter
Chop herbs together add 8 oz. salmon w/ salt and pepper and a little oil, Put oil in pan till hot then put salmon in hot oil in pan , Sure till light brown, and cooked. Then take salmon out of pan add shallots and garlic chopped lightly sauté in pan add white wine reduce wine then add butter and lemon juice salt and pepper serve sauce over salmon.
